PAY FOR OFFICE VISITS WITH VISA or MASTERCARD -- Updated January 1, 2008 --
Dr. Sterling increased his fees for services effective January 1, 2008. This page is for clients who had registered with Dr. Sterling prior to January 1, 2008. If you are a newer client and registered with Dr. Sterling after January 1, 2008, please visit the Office Visit Payment Page to make payments by credit card. Fees for all services other than in-person have all been increased effective January 1, 2008.
When you click on one of the payment option buttons located at the bottom of the page, you will be taken to a secure Web page for payment information.
Because there is no automatic method that absolutely guarantees that you will receive the very latest version of this Credit Card Processing Page, you must Refresh Your View. If you are using MS® Explorer, click on the View Menu, then click on Refresh.
Prescription Refill. Please click on the button immediately below to begin the credit card processing of a payment for a Prescription Refill.
25-Minute Office Consultation. Please click on the button immediately below to begin the credit card processing of a payment for a 25-Minute Office Consultation (which may include medication follow-up and evaluation) in the amount of $70.
50-Minute Office Consultation. Please click on the button immediately below to begin the credit card processing of a payment for a 50-Minute Office Consultation (which may include medication follow-up and evaluation) in the amount of $130.
75-Minute Office Consultation. Please click on the button immediately below to begin the credit card processing of a payment for an 75-Minute Office Consultation (which may include medication follow-up and evaluation) in the amount of $195.
100-Minute Office Consultation. Please click on the button immediately below to begin the credit card processing of a payment for an 100-Minute Office Consultation (which may include medication follow-up and evaluation) in the amount of $260.
After you click on a Payment Button, you will receive a secure web page from VeriSign® where you can input your credit card information.
Then, you will receive a second page so that you can review your information before submitting the purchase for final processing.
After processing the information, you will receive a transaction approval or disapproval page. Occasionally, you may receive an error message. Unfortunately, because this is a secured database operation, when you receive an error message, you may be required to retype your credit card information.
After the transaction is completed, there is no need to click on the button requesting further reminders which is only useful with respect to the ordering of Online Services.
